Blisters inside foot

Asked for Male, 48 Years

Atually its not for me , my father.He is working in Dubai .For the last few weeks he has severe foot pain and blisters inside the foot .He cant walk . The pain is too severe and he is taking antibiotics eventhough the doctors didn't finalised the cause of it.Eventhough the blisters that appeared at first disappeared new ones are appearing. I would like to know what caused this and whether it will get cured soon.
