Blisters, bumps on skin.

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I've a blister on on my finger palm side and other near my foot. One is painful other just itchy. Then i have mosquito bite like bumps two on my face, one behind my ear, then some on my hands and some near the feet. What is it. I have cough.
