I have a couple of pimples on my lips and the skin there is also very dry and coming off on some parts.i use herbal lip balm regularly but it doesn't seem to work.what can be the reason?

A proper treatment can then be started. Discuss the situation and hope it will be cleared in few days. Don't delay the appointment. You can use a lip balm with sunblock.
