Not necessary during stool pass it is happening, some time if I go to toilet,&I do toilet by sitting then sometimes bleeding occurs from piles without pain,It is not happening daily,after some days it happens for 2-4 days generally,it feels that inside anal something like mass is available perhaps I think bleeding from that, sometimes jet like bleeding occurs,it is from many years,I take many piles medicine like ayurvedic jadibuti etc,but no benefit till now,So please suggest me which specialities doctors is best for this types of piles treatment,&which is safest treatment for piles,which types of specialities I should have to visit,I heard from many people who had surgery of piles that after surgery they feels very differently to hold the stool inside, means he has to go to pass it immediately otherwise underwear will be wet, so I feared from it because I do jobs like where whenever I want to go to fress can't go to fress, I can go only when I have time,so holding stool important me?
