Bleeding with stool
My daughter whose age is 17 years is losing blood with stool and she is felling very week bleeding has been  increased from yesterday and now I am very worried she has previously also suffered from this issue in January please help.

Hello good morning and in my opinion she might be suffering from external hemorrhoids and because of this he is having blood along with stool and also Pain during the passing the stool. Please try to contact me in detail and nothing to worry will become normal advise her to take at least three litres of water and food should be rich in green leaves and leafy vegetables and at least one or two bananas to be taken once in a day and avoid spicy food items and junk food items. Is she on menses? Or is it real blood in stools? Is she also complaining of pain while passing stools? It could be intestinal worm infections. Need detail history for proper evaluation and management.

It may be due to fissure after constipation, so avoid constipation, eat fiber diet, take hemostat  and for more consult  surgeon  or gastroentrologist.
