Bleeding in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am six week pregnant.3 days back i had bleeding. Hcg and ultrasound was ok.one small polyp found in my ultra sound.yestrday some flushy blood clotes came out.i dont have much bleeding and cramps.does the polyp came out itself?? Or is it a misscarriege??
