Bleeding from Frenulum

Sir,me and my wife were trying sex last night and suddenly i feel some pain in my penis so i thot to check it when i checkd it there was some bleed on it and the frenulum got stretched a lil bit. her private part has also some dots of bleeding. i want to know is this uncommon bleeding from frenulum nd how to understand that is she virgin now. ?
