Penile frenulum tear
I have been sexually active from like 5 years , i never felt i have tight frenulum or not have any issue  related to tightness or pulling skin back ( uncircumcized im) Last evening i got tear in my frenulum i had a erect penis and i noticed it was quite dry and had white solid particles on shaft area i tried retracting it back nd suddenly i felt a little tear in frenulum a big blood drop came out of it and i stopped felt a little pain but more sensation then i stopped bleeding after sometime i used a cotton cloth and i dipped my penis in water then i felt burning sensation then after bleeding stopped since then I'm using Cipladine on the spot but feeling stretch on injury whenever I'm pulling back . Anyone plz guide me i don't want any ill affect in my sexual health . I have seen online they it mostly happen to tight frenulum or first timer but i never had this issue before i have been quite active. Some are frightening about scar tissue and reoccurrence of it . I'm attaching pic
