Bleeding for last 2 days

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hello, It's been 40 days since my wife had periods. She is vomiting for the last 25 days. We checked for pregnancy test before the actual period time and it came negative. She is bleeding like in the case of normal periods today. We had checked for liver disease because of repeated vomiting but results showed she was safe. She is bleeding and also vomiting still. Does bleeding means shes having normal periods and not pregnancy? If she is not pregnant, why is she vomiting? Any thoughts about this friends and doctors would help me.
