Bleeding at 9 weeks pregnant

I am 9 weeks pregnant, I've had slight bleeding earlier on It's not there now but I'm having severe back and lower abdomen pain. Should I go visit accident and emergency

Get an ultrasound done immediately to see for foetal well-being as this is clearly not good ,and u might need pregnancy support pills and injections soon ,before a miscarriage happens.
