Since there was bleeding after 2 years of menopause. We went for sonography of my mother where conclusion of the report was as under:
"Bulky uterus, thick endometrial echo" 12mms. Report attached for reference.
Need to know if this is normal. If doubtful what can we do to get this clear?

Endometrium is thickened than usual post menopause. You should go for endometrial biopsy to rule out malignancy. Do pap smear also. And consult your Gynaecologist.
