Blake Pouch Cyst
My level 2 anomaly scan at 18 w 4 days show isolated Blake pouch Cyst with BV of 19 and BT of 40. All other reports including double and quad marker are fine . Even rest of the scan is normal too. Doctor has asked me to wait for the next scan that can be done in 3-4 weeks As I understand 50% chances are that it will go away on its own but wanted to understand what are my options and what are the repercussions even if it doesn't go away

If it's an isolated anomaly,if not associated with any other anomalies it disappears in 50% cases by 24 to 28weeks .  it's associated with other anomalies then there r risk of trisomy 21 in 5% of babies .so better to get repeat scan after 4 weeks and then decide
