Blackout and shiverring

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I was experiencing dizziness and i do not recall what happen after that. My friend saw me and told me that i sat in the floor shiverring.. it lasted only for a few seconds and i do not recall what happen. Do i need to go for checkup?
