Blackness  around the mouth and eczema
Hello Doctor, I am suffering from blackness, dryness  and dark spots around mouth area and chin. I have used aziderm suggested by one dermatologist but it got failed . By using that my problem increasing more,  so I stop it. And for hand issue he provide me topisal3% and for foot some happy heel cream and hand problem I moist lotion but I didn't feel and difference and mouth problem is increasing day by day. I have tried lot more things but failed. Actually my skin is dry also. I am also taking one tablet of vitamin E and C evion and limcee. Pls suggest me something which is effective. I am tired and worried of trying so many things. I am attaching some pics. Thankyou

Pics are not very clear - Around the mouth-Looks like perioral dermatitis with hyperpigmentation. And Eczema on the palm looks a little infected.
