Blackness at corner of lips in winter

I am having black patches at corners of my mouth, It seems like spreading day by day, and this is intense in winter. I have a fair complexion and because of this, it is very clearly seen.I have had this earlier, and used clear gel prescribed by doctor. However, every year it turns out to get intense in winter with black patches only at corners of my mouth.
