Blackish spot developed after Covishield

Asked for Male, 29 Years

My mother took the 1st dose of Covishield on Friday 23rd July. On Sunday, 25th, she developed a blackish spot located approximately 3 inches below the jab site. Today, she says that there is a mild pain in her elbow as well. Also, point to note, the blood vein has become more prominent as compared to yesterday. Do you have an idea on what this might be? Added today's (Monday) for reference
