Blackheads on nose and face

I am undergoing scar dermaroller treatment.The results on scars are amazing but i do have blackheads on my nose and face . Should i go with blackheads mask or pore vaccum device .? Is any cream effective to eliminate blackheads ?

Yes creams can be used for blackheads. You should not use mask or other parlour procedures. Peels also work very well for blackheads.
