Blackheads & pores, skin type confusion
I'm having some issues regarding blackheads and pores since 1 month, my skin was basically dry and now I'm confused about my skin type, I don't know if all this is bcz dairy products... But I take milk, curd, and buttermilk daily. I eat salad and fruits as well as following skin care but something is wrong as my skin is acting weird, I also diagnosed with PCOD in 2017. I was following a healthy routine till February but in March and April I kind of unable to exercise and my biological clock was also quite disturbed. In really worried about my skin and health. I m looking for a dermatologist/cosmetologist who can treat all these problems . By using more herbal and healthy skin products. Thank u
