Constipation very common at this age   Change all bad food habits in babies It will help Give ur baby plenty of oral liquids,  (Plain water, Fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits) Give fiber rich food items in diet. Green vegetable, beans, carrots, sweet potatos will work. Avoid to give maida products like biscuits and mainly bakery products Restrict milk intake to 400-500 ml per day
