I have a black stain in teeth and also yellow stain below the teeth.After my delivery parents giving me to eat beetel leaves after that I'm got that black stain.Pls suggest me home remedy as now we are not able to visit clinic because of lockdown and have a small baby.posting my teeth pics

You have stains and calculus on your teeth which needs to be treated early else may lead to further gum problems.Brush properly twice daily. There are no home remedies for the condition.
You need to get proper professional scaling done to remove these stains and deposits. Visit your dentist for the same.
Till then brush twice daily and floss regularly to maintain oral hygiene.
1.Just follow proper brushing technique with toothpaste 2 times daily on a regular basis & 2.rinse with lukewarm salt water after every meals to maintain oral hygiene.
3.eat lots of vitamin C rich fruits like aawla, oranges, strawberry, etc. To improve immunity & oral health.
