Black spots & pigmentation all over hip

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I recently saw my entire hip area of one leg is pigmented so bad. I was in a dilemma that it is a birthmark which kept growing with age but recently my mom saw the same and was in shock what happened to me. I am looking for a remedy as this is concerning me very bad and i am tensed about this.
