Black spots on teeth
Please help me in removing these black stains from my teeth. This is dirt. I had done dirt removal process 2 years ago and it has come back. Dont want to use the same method again as my teeth is fragile.

Hie.. don’t worry it won’t get loosen up if you get your teeth clean.. if you won’t then surely it will.. either get your teeth clean by the visiting the dentist alongwith polishing of the teeth to remove the scratches so that deposition of these black stains gets slower.. or get your teeth straighten up so that your brush can easily be reachable to the area where it gets difficult for you to maintain it..

hello maam,thats stains.You have to get cleaning done every 6 mnths to 1 year by a dentist.Its normal procedure.There is no permanent procedure for removing stains.

Don't worry it won't be loosen. Infect tooth cleaning is necessary every 6 months. Don't worry go for a scaling again and after scaling warm saline rinses is must.

You need a dental cleaning done every 6 months to 1 year depending on the amount of tartar/ deposits formation. Dental cleaning doesn't cause any issues to your teeth. In fact if you avoid cleaning, the dirt ( tartar) is going to cause severe damage to your gums and the bone underneath.
