Black spots on my back chest underarm

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Have black spots on my back ,chest and now ever on upper arm. It is continuously spreading. It first appears like pimple which burst and leaves very dark spot. It somewhat appears like spots of chicken pox which are left afterwards. My condition is getting worse.my whole back have black spots.
