My husband is having 4-5 black spots on his back and 2-3 on front side. I don't know whether it was earlier or not. I am really worried what is this?

It could be tinea versicolour which is a superficial fungal infection. But I can't be sure unless I see the spots. Please send photos for accurate diagnosis and prescription.
