From past 6 years i am suffering from this black spots on my face. It iseffected on face area only no where else.

black spots can be because of various reasons. so treatment of the spots depends on why you have the spots in the first place. Is the pigmentation superficial or is it deep? It is confusing I know so therefore it is better that you personally visit a dermatologist in your area. The doctor will thoroughly examine you and guide you on whats to be done. There are creams and treatments like peels that might help you.
