Black spots around my neck

I have weird scaly black spots around my neck and the spots are not itchy at all. What should I do? I have been prescribed af400 and keto cream. Do these really work?

This condition is called Pityriasis versicolor. It's a common fungal infection that causes small, discoloured patches of skin.Pityriasis versicolor is caused by an overgrowth of yeast on the skin. It most often affects teens and young adults. The condition isn't contagious. Ur medication is perfectly fine But it will take minimum of 3-4 months to get resolved.

iron all clothes including undergarments. don't share clothing or other artifact's. maintain good hygiene. use a medicated anti fungal soap and powder
