Black spot on neck of the Penis
I noticed one black dot on the neck of my penis today after using Johnson's and Johnson's baby head to toe wash on it. I'm currently on the following ayurvedic medication: Patanjali Shilajit, Mentat Syrup, Liv 52.
I also had a spoon of some kind of Dal yesterday which I didn't like so I threw it in the dustbin. The spot doesn't move so how can I be sure that it is harmless?
