If the child is feeding well and overall ok,  nothing to worry about. Keep an eye on it. If it spreads, visit a pediatrician

Hello On seeing the image i would like to know if you bottle feed the child? Or use paladai to feed the child? It seems to be benign since it's asymptomatic. However you can have a physical consultation with a pediatrician or an online video consult for further detailed examination.
Next Steps
online video consult or in person consult with a pediatrician
