My 3 month old baby boy has black spot on nose. After one month he has 2 small acne that turn in to black spot but now it become little bumpy. Is it any birthmark

Avoid mosquito bites, as they can cause similar type of lesions.
In breast-fed babies, acne,s are very common.
Small milia may also be present; they are normal and harmless and disappear spontaneously.
No need to worry.. It will vanish on its own without any hyperpigmentation.. Do not try to scrub it off.. Do not cause friction over the lesion.. Consult if there is oozing of blood/pus from the lesion.. Thankyou
