Last month I got this black spot on my face and it's been getting darker and bigger . Not sure what it is
Can see a doctor in case of emergency but would prefer not see a doctor due to covid.

There are 3 small black spots and a blurred area of darkness in the image you have uploaded. I am not sure which one is of your concern. Small ones could be moles or skin tags. Dark area may be due to a lot of causes as the picture is not guiding. You may need to see a dermatologist directly or consult with a more clearer image with details of symptoms if any.
