Black spot on face

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have a black spots on face and some small gaps as well. I did yellow peeling three times in 4 month. But it didn't help me. Also pimples is coming on face after shaving. So i went to Nypunya Asethetic clinic for treatment and Dr Shubha M Kesari suggested me Microneeding radio frequency and laser resurface. Can you please suggest me this could help me out or any other option.
