It could be a bite which has led to bleeding inside the mucosa which is looking as a black spot Observe for Any pain ? Increasing in size ? Difficulty is eating ? As of now just observe for a day or two If it’s increasing in size and is painful go visit the ENT specialist Also properly look at it to make sure it’s not any insect like a tick ( very very unlikely but just examine properly by taking someone’s help)
Next Steps
