It is simply a subungual hematoma, which is self resolving condition. Avoid any over the counter medication and let your body heal itself. If you want to speed up the process, just take vitamin C enriched fruits.
Next Steps
Avoid OTC drug, if you want, you can have a visit to clinic and get the better understanding of your condition.

It is a subungual hematoma. If minimal complaints and not expanding, then it could be managed by oral medications

From the image and history, this most likely appears to be a subungual hematoma (collection of blood under the nail) caused by repeated pressure or trauma from tight footwear. This commonly occurs when shoes compress the toe repeatedly. Next Steps • Avoid wearing tight or narrow shoes and switch to comfortable, well-fitting footwear. • Keep the nail clean and dry and avoid further trauma to the area. • In most cases, the dark spot gradually moves forward and disappears as the nail grows out over a few weeks to months. • If there is pain, swelling, or the discoloration increases, consult a doctor for examination. Helpful Tips / Word of Caution: • Do not try to puncture or remove the nail yourself. • If the dark patch does not move with nail growth over 2–3 months, or spreads to surrounding skin, it should be evaluated by a dermatologist to rule out other causes. If needed, the patient may consult online with me, with clearer close-up images for more accurate guidance.
