Black spits on face and hands

Asked for Male, 56 Years

My skin developed wrinkles as well as some black spots appear. I consulted my company doctor who simply told for to ageing issue. But in most other parts also it becomes black spot agar a red spot appear suddenly. Finally the black patch remains. What to do??
