Black scars on leg, spreading, itch

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Black scars on leg start from white dryness then red to finaly black, itch a lot, spreading from last sep, treated it a fungal infection but no result, i also hav allergy cough, one of the doc said it is syptom of supressing cough from medicens.
