Black scar on leg

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have black scar on the leg just below the knee since one and a half year. I have no pain no itching on that area. Even it is same as it was. It was never hit by anything so far as I remember. I am sending photograph of the area. When it is dried it gets a bit white. Nothing come out of this scar on pressing it. So please advise what is to be done?. Is it harmful?
