Black round fungal spot on leg

Asked for Female, 25 Years

There is black round spot on my wife's leg which sometimes feels itchy and gets red around the spot. It looks like fungal infection. I used B-tex cream for cure but did not get any results. Now it is getting painful. Please help me on this problem.
