Black phelgm form mouth

Asked for Female, 20 Years

When I am putting water in one nostril and taking water form my other nostril to clear the nose .that water went down to throat and because of that blsck mucus is comed up is it normal aur serious .I have serborric dermatitis near the nose .it is fungal and it is serious .please reply I am really worried and with this I am also suffering form vaginal fungal infection and on a medicine of itraconozole .pls reply

Coming out of black mucous and history of fungal infection at other sites of body is worrisome. If you are also having nasal blockade or nasal discharge or headache, you may have fungal infection in nose as well. I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist nearby for diagnostic nasal endoscopy.
