Black Patches extending in my neck

Asked for Female, 47 Years

I have black patches in my neck and back and legs,and they’re pigmented there. I can see that spreading to the around areas as well. Please help me with this. I’ve been noticing this for a year or so and now I can see that in my daughters leg as well
