Black marks on thighs come unknowingly

Hi , Am rupi aged 35 female , from last 6 months i have observed some black marks like rashes found my thighs with bit pain ,the same marks will go after 30 to 40 days , same kind of marks come in different place and the same is happening repeatedly , went to doctor as per Practo , she took money asked get blood checkup , that's even done later on she didn't done anything , bo use of it , still the problem is there am , am not getting what to do , please suggest some doctor in Bangalore Near Electronic city Please don't suggest this Doctor Dr. Pinkee Mohanty MBBS MD - Dermatology no use with this doctor , thanks .
