Black mark shown on hand

Hello, Myself neeraa from Jodhpur - Rajasthan and i have query for my grandma, i noticed yesterday that one black dark round mark shown on my grandma's hand. Some old marks also thr. No pain or any puss or any infection shown on skin .. only mark. She is very old nd uncomfortable to visit consultant place. Pls suggest for my query. Regards, Neeraa
