Black mark over nose upper part

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I Have used a CREAM called as KAYLIGHT (Hydroquinone USP 2%w/w , Tretinoin USP 0.025% w/w , Mometasone Furoate IP 0.1% w/w ) to remove a mark over uper aera of my Nose But after using this cream First that area skin dried after that a black Mark more deeper appeard..like which appear after a Injury .. after that i Used ERASER CREAM it improved the condition a little bit but after some time it stoped working... stil using Eraser .. So pls suggest any effictive cream for this issue.. pls
