Black mark on upper lip after waxing

I am 23 years old female, three weeks back i have done upper lip at home using veet wax strip for the first time. My upper lip turned red and after 2 days it turned totally into dark black. It looks like a mustache now and I have not applied any creams till now. Please suggest me any cream/treatment, in how many days will this go completely?
