I am feeling swelling on the left side of face near eye, pain in inner teeth, vibration in ear/ blockage in ear, sometimes headache ,if these are uncontrolled sugar symptoms?, Which Dr should I consult?

The symptoms you are saying, are similar to that associated with mucormycosis infection (black fungus). You should undergo blood sugar (fasting and post-prandial) examination, CT scan PNS and a Nasal endoscopy done for better evaluation.
