Hi my father is having skin problems like black dots. It started on foot and now increased to knees , we have consulted lot of doctor's but no use . One doctor said that due to high blood pressure the blood from vessels spilled on the skin that's the reason for the black dots, and he said it's not harmful and it will not go. But what I don't understand is it's increasing and am very much worried , am requesting all the doctors please help me. Am attaching the photo for your reference please please help

This looks like schambergs disease.There is nothing to worry about this however you can give him calcium dobsilate orally for improvement.
