Black colour on neck

Asked for Male, 20 Years

The problem is that. My body and face colour is white but since last 3 years my neck colour become Balck..it s look too bad... I tried all home ideas but nothing happen.the problem remains same..please suggest some medicine or tube or anything that help on this problem
