My wife is on medication,lamotrigine 100,lurasidone 40,and lithium 300 od since last 3 months, but no response to these medicines,..pls guide me

Though I can't speak about the medical aspects,  I think,  you can take her  to a psychologist,  and five her the spa with and opportunity to share her feelings. That might bring in some understanding a d later some needed change in her.
