Bipolar disorder
I am depressed person I keep reading on depression until I can say that I have bipolar depression. I don't want to take medicine that's totally blocked way to me. So is there any other alternatives? I can't stand the manic periods please answer

Bipolar disorder is a biological condition similar to diabetes and high BP (Hypertension) . It needs medicines to recover and some medicines to avoid relapse . To avoid ups and downs in life it is better to consult a doctor (Psychiatrist).
