Bipolar disorder
Diagnosed first in December, 1983 by Dr. Andadi Ghosal (deceased). Since then 5 episodes of depression - High, Moderate & Mild followed by manic state. At present under continuous consultation & medication from the year 2004. Seeks review and 2nd opinion.

U must follow up well to the psychiatrist for betterment of the patient.
