If you are a breastfeeding mother you can always supplement your diet with biotin rich foods like eggs, almond,cauliflower, sweet potato etc. If you are actually diagnosed or suspected with the deficiency then yes you can take daily supplements for a few weeks after consulting your obstetrician.
